The PCA-Northeast (PCA-NE), formerly the Northeast Cement Shippers Association, is an cement industry promotion and market development organization. It is a divison of the Portland Cement Association and one of ten Regional Promotion Groups (RPG's) in the United States. The Northeast Region promotes in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
PCA-NE's Promotion Partners include local ready mixed concrete, precast/prestressed concrete, concrete pipe, concrete pavement, concrete masonry, and full-depth recycling with cement. PCA-NE invests time, talent, and treasure of its staff and member company personnel to help establish and support local promotion programs. PCA-NE identifies "best practices" for market segment promotion throughout the region and the United States.
